Sydney Tools Malaga

Tried to purchase over $1500 worth of gear online during a sale. The cart wouldn't process. Submitted ticket and received a response saying they acknowledged the problem and would contact me and rectify the purchase.2 weeks later I contacted them again saying nobody had contacted me or rectified the problem, again told someone would urgently get back to me. Another 2 weeks later and nothing. I have the ticket and email correspondence to prove all of this.Worst custom service and flat out lie to you about them helping you. I'm a tradie who spends a lot of money on tools and I will never return to Sydney Tools. Furthermore, I will now take every opportunity I can to tell this story and encourage others to shop elsewhere on all my building sites.

Great team instore in Malaga. Went in for a trolley. Stock has arrived but not yet booked into stock. I had an arm injury, and the guys helped by booking it into stock and building it for me and loaded it into my vehicle with no complaints or hassles at all. What a friendly bunch. Well done guys! Would definitely come back just because of service like that. Thank you!

Customer service level 0 . I tried to exchange some earmuffs I bought the day before for a upgrade .There are 4 salesman in the store but no one can do an exchange or has the right to the computer system . Got told to come back or drive to a different store .....seriously what happened to good customer service.

!!DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TOOLS FROM HERE YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!:I purchased a brand new Milwaukee battery drill along with extra batteries and a charging station.Within 2 months of using my drill it had completely malfunctioned and I had to send it off under product warranty, As of today it has been 3 months since it was sent off for repair and no one can tell how much longer it’s going to take.It gets better, 4 of my Milwaukee batteries have also malfunctioned which will also require warranty repair. I phoned up Sydney Tools Malaga explaining how unacceptable this is, and that I now don’t have a cordless drill and on top of this my batteries are no longer working which are used for all my other tools. I asked if they could at least borrow me some batteries while they are sent off for repair as it will take months as I’m still yet to hear what the verdict is about my cordless drill. The response I got back from one of the staff members was that it was too bad they aren’t going to borrow me any batteries and if I needed batteries to work then buy new ones.This place has the most appalling customer service and the quality of products imaginable. Never in my 20 years on the tools have I sent so many faulty products that are literally brand new.Save your money and go elsewhere, instead of dealing with these maggots. Once can only pray this store burns down

Large range of tools, helpful staff. If they don’t have it in stock they will do their best to get it for you. Knowledgeable staff that know the products they’re selling.

One of the worst buying experience and can’t keep their promise. Inadequate information regarding refunds as well. They should learn how refund works from every small retailer in Australia.

Bought close to 4k worth of tools. A few things I wanted needed to get ordered in. No worries. I got told a week. Think it was 6 weeks later I got a refund. Seems as though costumer service disappeared as soon as you pay. If I wasn't chasing up my tools that had been ordered I'd still be waiting. Different excuses and false promises every time I went in there. Really hoping I don't need a warranty job with these guys. Steer clear and go just down the road.

Sydney Tools are profiting by increase their prices at 21 to 25 percent. They do not honour their shelf prices and claim they do not have time to change the price labels. Had to wait a year for my sockets to arrive. I am still waiting for someone to come back to me from their head office. Will be looking for a better place to buy my tools in future.
